Mission: Implement programs according to the designed itinerary, ensuring the satisfaction of students and clients through the best touring practices
Main Tasks:
1. Guide students through the locations according to the given itinerary, outlining the main historical, security-related, and cultural aspects.
2. Ensure the students´s safety by watching over them and indicating them safety advices.
3. Study and prepare the asigned program prior to the group arrival in order to execute the itinerary successfuly.
4. Recomend adjustments to the programs when needed.

Requirements: Fluent English proficiency, Strong Interpersonal Habilities, Deep knowledge of the city/country, at least 5 years of experience hosting/guiding groups

Mission: Give support to the Finance department through implementing payment and collection procedures, in order to maximize company's resources. 
Main Tasks:
1. Execute stablished proojected cashflow procedures 
2. Execute payment procedures and policies
3. Give support to the company's credit cards management, in coordination with other departments in order to enable employees to make athorized payments ensuring the continuity of company's operations.
4. Assist all suppliers payments in order to mantain the good financial name of the company
5. Give support to the invoicing process through Xero
6. Generate expense and movement inter-company reports
7. Assist the administration of non-documented payments, such as tips and allowances.
8. Give support to the monthly cashflow, invoicing, accounts and other indicators administration.
9. Support all other area-related tasks when needed.

Requirements: Fluent English proficiency, finance/accounting related studies.

Mission: Source and update every needed quote for SBA programs in direct contact with providers, in order to provide the best costs and fees  in every operating country. 
Main Tasks:
1. Analyze quotes provided by Business Development in order to ensure a reliable and convenient budget.				
2. Provide quotes through negociation with providers, so that Business Development can deliver proper proposals.				
3. Contact providers through email, phone calls, and by any other necessary means, in order to obtain the requested information, and to enhance relationships with them.				
4. Recieve and study provider´s quotes, to ensure that the information is according to what was solicited, so that is comparable and enough for the proposals.				
5. Keep a constant update through intern communication channels about the status of requested quotes, in order to fulfill stablished time-frames for Business Development.				
6. Keep the providers data base organized by clusters, and updated for every coursing year, and for next years according to needs, in order to strenghen relationships with them and ensure agility in the quoting process.				
7. Search for new providers, acording to SBA´s operations throughout the world, in order to keep our proposals up to date and competitive.				

Requirements: Fluent English proficiency, tourism related studies, experience working in tour operators or DMCs.
